Hats, Boots
and gloves
We do have a small
selection of boots and hats for children to borrow, but we do advise
you to buy your own if you are riding on a regular basis. We
recommend the One Stop Tack Shop, which offer WVS members a 10%
discount, and Parnabys.co.uk.
The One Stop Tack Shop will be
bringing a mobile unit along to the stables. You will be able
to buy any riding equipment that you may need including jodhpurs,
riding boots, coats, gloves, chaps and hats. If there is
anything that you know you want then please let the office know and
we can make sure that Sue brings it along or call her directly on

Royal Windsor Horse Show is a celebration of
all things equestrian. It combines top sporting and competition
action with a spectacular venue.

Windsor Castle, the Show encompasses a huge variety of the sport.
From the spectacular Land Rover Carriage Driving Grand Prix,

Alongside the three show
arenas you will find over 200 shops, The Food and Drink Festival, a
variety of restaurants, bars, and food courts, a fun fair and 4 x 4
course, and if you tire of all that, there’s the beautiful grounds
to walk and picnic in.
Come and
watch all our horses taking part in this wonderful Village horse
show. See the staff perform their magical musical ride.

The DFS British Jumping Derby is one of those
events a bit like the Grand National where its not just the runners
and riders that make the headlines but the course itself. Its an
iconic showjumping contest, the like of which you won’t find
anywhere else in the world, no other course asks this much of a test
of horse and rider and no other course creates this type of drama.’

The Longines Royal International Horse Show is
one of the oldest shows in the world, which celebrates its centenary
this year. One of the biggest outdoor shows in the country, the RIHS
uniquely sees the elite of many equestrian disciplines compete side
by side: it has everything from the thrills…and spills… of
international showjumping, to the elegance and glamour of the
country’s very best showing horses and ponies, to the exhilarating
buzz of the country’s best eventers flying across country.
