Wimbledon Village Stables
specialises in providing Training and Courses for both Members
and Non-Members.
We hold a series of
Short Riding Courses for riders of all abilities. A
short course can be the perfect introduction to the challenging
and rewarding world of riding or, for those who have ridden
before, a great way to build on experience already gained.
Whether you’re a beginner, a
recreational rider or an aspiring professional, Wimbledon
Village Stables has a Riding Course to suit you. Our team of
friendly,
professional instructors and quality, well-mannered
horses will make it an unforgettable equine experience.

In addition, we regularly hold
free lectures and demonstrations for our Members which
cover a wide variety of topics in riding and horse care. You
will find details of all the future events that we are holding on
this page.
For those who would like more
personalised and intensive instruction we are able to provide
private horse care and stable management lessons from Tuesday
through to Sunday (including evenings) and the charge is £30 an
hour for Members (£40 for non-members).
And finally if you would like
the opportunity to put into practice or test your new-found
knowledge and skills we offer a full programme of events
and activities for our riders. We can help if you want to work towards
BHS Examinations or our own Achievement Awards or you may like
to take part in one of our Dressage Competitions, Jumping
Competitions or Members Shows. There is also our very popular
Annual Equestrian Pub Quiz Night which is a fun and educational
social event.
