We had a great turnout for our Annual Awards Party at Hemingways and everyone enjoyed a fun evening. The Awards were presented by the instructors and generated great excitement, with the wonderful Roger winning the prestigious ‘Horse of the Year’ award and Cookie taking ‘Pony of the Year’ for the third time!
Tracey was delighted to be crowned ‘WVS Rider of the Year’ and our ‘Best Junior’ award went to keen young rider Ailse.
Charlotte was awarded ‘Most Improved Rider’ while Marie-Noel won ‘Best Partnership’ with her horse Penny.
The gentleman riders also came up trumps with Boris and John taking ‘Most improved Jumping Performance’ and ‘Most Versatile Rider’ respectively.
The fun awards are always a highlight, with the prize for ‘Best Turned Out Rider’ going to the lovely Heidi, while ‘The Most Improved Time Keeping’ went to the now very punctual Ainslie!
A great night was had by all and we would like to thank all the wonderful staff at Hemingways for their hospitality.
