Right next door to the stables is The Dog and Fox Hotel. Each room hints at the heritage of Wimbledon’s oldest public house now returning to its roots as a coaching inn. Shadowing Claude’s support for small farmers and producers, the Chefs at the Fox and Grapes continue to use the eclectic and varied list of independent butchers, fishmongers, fruit and vegetable growers that Hibiscus is so lucky to have built up in the last ten years of trading. The Fox and Grapes has three cosy and very comfortable bedrooms.
