kindly sponsored by Andrew Scott Robertson The Wimbledon Village Stables Carol Concert is fast becoming the highlight of the Christmas calendar for many families. The two performances on Saturday 2nd December were sold out within hours of the tickets being released in November and those lucky enough to have tickets to one of two performances, sponsored by Andrew Scott Robinson, had a truly magical evening. After singing Carols by candlelight the children were rewarded with a visit from Santa Claus and his Elf and there was even an unexpected snow flurry over the yard. Participants enjoyed mulled wine and mince pies provided by Justin Whitehead, Catered by Justin. We were delighted to be joined by the Mayor of Merton, Cllr Marsie Skeete, The Leader of the Council, Stephen Alambritis and the Chairman of the Wimbledon Village Business Association, Adrian Mills. We would like to say a huge thank you to our Sponsor and to all the wonderful volunteers with whose help we managed to raise an amazing £1950 for the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity.
