FIT AND FUN!  Every Tuesday morning at 9.00 am. (please be ready by 8.45)  These one hour rides are suitable for experienced riders only and will include longer trots and canters; there will be an emphasis on rider fitness so they will be ideal for anyone wanting to improve core strength, leg strength and balance.
