WVS Charity Ball 2023

As expected, the WVS Charity Ball on 4th March was a resounding success. 110 guests enjoyed the fabulous hospitality provided by Hotel du Vin, Wimbledon.

We started with a lively reception, followed by a delicious meal in the Orangarie, during which fabulous magician Greg Williamson (invited back by popular request) stymied everyone with his impenetrable sleight of hand. The purpose of the evening was to raise funds for the Wimbledon and Putney Commons Conservators and we are extremely proud to announce a total of over £x, thanks to the Silent Auction, Prize Draw and Live Auction. Dinner was followed by dancing – it was so much fun, as everyone rushed straight to the dance floor and strutted their stuff..

It was a really fantastic evening – we have had so much positive feedback from those who attended – so please save the date for next year: Saturday, 2nd March 2024.
