Exceptional horse riding in London

We would like to invite you to join our Riding Club and Livery Stables in the heart of Wimbledon Village in South West London. The Stables has a rich history in Wimbledon's community and has offered horse riding in London for over 100 years.

WVS is a British Horse Society 'Where to Train' Centre and ABRS Approved riding school with 25 happy and well trained horses and ponies. We have a team of experienced and professional riding instructors whose main priorities are your enjoyment and safety as well as the achievement of your riding ambitions.

Riding lessons, equestrian courses and hacking:

  • Riding out across the best hacking in the south of England with more than 3,000 acres of beautiful countryside right on our doorstep. As you explore the trails of Wimbledon Common and Richmond Park on horseback you won't believe you are so close to Central London!
  • Horse riding lessons in London and short riding courses for all levels from 'Learn to Ride Horses in a Day' to dressage and jumping.
  • A unique Membership Scheme offering our Members substantial discounts and a more personalised approach.
  • Horse riding holidays and short breaks for horse riders.
Above all, we are a friendly, lively riding school with a wealth of experience in developing the skills of both the capable rider and the enthusiastic novice.  Riders who simply ride to have fun and relax are as important to us as those determined to improve and compete; each and every client is treated as an individual and our own special 'community' is enriched by people of all abilities, from all walks of life, with one thing in common - a love of horses and riding.
